Who We Are

Founded in the spring of 2005, Binford Redevelopment and Growth (BRAG) is a group of local citizens whose mission is the commercial and residential enhancement of Binford Boulevard and adjacent neighborhoods.

Binford Boulevard is a gateway to the City of Indianapolis and as such, it deserves particular attention to economic improvement and beautification.

As part of the community, we strive to bring: a wide variety of professional services; convenient, high-quality shopping; opportunities for business growth and development, employment, recreation, and culture; and beautiful green spaces.

Meetings

All are invited to the monthly meetings held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month starting at 7 p.m. at the McKenzie Career Center, 7250 E. 75th Street.

Our police substation on 71st Street is in need of bottled water, energy drinks and snacks. Your donations can be dropped off at the Moveable Feast 5741 E 71st, between 11 and 4 Monday to Friday.

Many thanks to all those who made our sixth Beautification Day on April 19th a huge success. We planted 20 trees, pulled weeds, edged beds, trimmed plants and put down yards and yards of mulch. And picked up lots and lots of trash. With your help and the support of many local businesses we are able to maintain the hundreds of trees and more than 20 planting beds we established over the last 2 ½ years along Binford Boulevard.
