All members will be recognized on BRAG’s website, binford71.org.  An organization making a membership donation of $250 or more may have its logo on the our Organization Members Page of the BRAG website.

$1000-$2499  Binford Principal - The sponsor’s logo and link will be listed on BRAG’s community page on binford71.org and on the Binford Farmers Market sponsor page on binfordfarmersmarket.com.

$2,500-$9,999  BRAG Page Sponsor - The sponsor will have its logo displayed on the BRAG website on page 2, 3, 4, or 5. The supporter will be included in signage at all BRAG sponsored events. The supporter’s logo and link will be listed on BRAG’s community page on binford71.org

$2,500-$9,999  Binford Farmers Market Page Sponsor - The sponsor will have its logo displayed on the Binford Farmers Market website on page 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. In addition, the sponsor’s logo will be placed on the back of the 2010 Farmers Market T-shirt. The sponsor’s name will be included in press releases and weekly emails to customers. The sponsor is invited to have a booth every Saturday at the Market. The sponsor’s logo and link will be listed on the Binford Farmers Market sponsor page on binfordfarmersmarket.com.

$10,000-$19,999  BRAG Home Page Sponsor - The sponsor will have its logo and link on BRAG’s website home page. The sponsor will be included in signage at all BRAG sponsored events and be included in any press releases. The sponsor’s logo and link will be listed on BRAG’s community page on binford71.org and on binfordfarmersmarket.com.

$10,000-$19,999  Binford Farmers Market Home Page Sponsor The sponsor will have its logo and link on the market website home page. The sponsor’s logo will be included in signage at all Market sponsored events and on the T-shirt. The sponsor’s name will be included in press releases and weekly emails to customers. INSTEPP Project

The long term goal of INSTEPP is to build sidewalks and multi-use trails throughout the BRAG area. This goal will be fully achieved through incremental efforts. After three years of planning,  INSTEPP is now actively working on the engineering and fund raising efforts to complete Phase I.

PHASE I PLAN
Phase I focuses on the construction of a six-foot wide asphalt path along portions of 71st Street immediately east and west of Binford Boulevard.  This will allow approximately 1,300 households to safely access established retail (restaurants, shops, hair salons, etc.) and commerce (banks, offices, etc.) in the area.  

 West of Binford: Steinmeier Dr. to Graham Rd. 
East of Binford:  Cricklewood to Lake Knoll Dr.

• Rough cost estimate, including engineering and construction is $120,000.
• City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works supports the project and will provide technical assistance with permits, right of way acquisition and engineering.
• Project will be completed using private funding sources (residents, local businesses and corporations and grants) and the Project Fund will be administered by the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF); funds will be held until goals are achieved.
• Phase I investment will attract dollars for future phases and further investment by the City.

INSTEPP’S MISSION

The mission of INSTEPP focuses on improving the overall quality of life in the BRAG community by increasing linear miles of multi-use trails and sidewalks.  These trails and sidewalks will provide residents with the following benefits:

• Health benefits of walking and biking for pleasure, as an alternative to driving and as a form of commuting to work.
• Encourage school-aged children to walk to impact childhood obesity and create a future generation of “walkers.”
• Connect to other established and planned community assets, like Skiles Test Nature Park, the Fall Creek Corridor Greenway Trail, Fort Ben State Park, the bike lane on Allisonville Road and the proposed trail on 62nd Street.

Tribute With Trees Program

Plant a tree in honor of a special event, in someone’s memory or to recognize a special person….or to simply add another tree along Binford Boulevard.

For $200 BRAG will plant a tree during the next planting event and you will receive a certificate noting the variety and location of the tree.
