Reports of Person Exposing - 71st/Binford

From IMPD Officer Robyn Frazier, March 17, 2:27 PM:

"We are actively investigating multiple reports of a Person Exposing at the Kroger/Marathon at 7100 Binford Blvd. The suspect is driving a blue car; possibly a blue Honda Accord. Please use caution if you are in that area. If you have any pictures of the suspect or information please email Robyn.Frazier@indy.gov so that we can gather information to conduct an investigation leading to an arrest. You can also call 911 for an active emergency, 311 for a delay or use the RELAY APP."
